Neon Festival Eye Makeup Look
The brief tutorial below will give you an idea of my process. Neon pigments can be difficult to use. The trick is to pack the powder on, and then blend, to avoid any blotchiness.
Start with a bare base
Cover lid with white creme eyeshadow
Add darker shadow to crease
Cut crease with more white shadow
Add lighter shadow to lid
Add glitter for festival fun
Finish with brows and mascara, and voila!
